Return delivery guide

See the likely charge before you book.

Delivery is based on the packed parcel and compensation level, not the aircraft name alone. Enterprise, high-value and restricted battery consignments are checked manually.

Return delivery

Check your delivery charge

Eligible UK parcels are returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Select the final packed weight and the compensation cover required. We confirm eligibility and the final charge before payment.

Include the aircraft, batteries, controller, case and packaging.

Choose a level that reflects the aircraft's current market value.

Battery safety

Do not post a damaged battery

Swollen, punctured, overheating, recalled or otherwise damaged batteries cannot travel through Royal Mail. Stop and contact the workshop before sending anything. Battery quantity, packaging and testing rules also apply.

Royal Mail compensation is subject to its terms and may be limited by current market value, age and condition. Postcode, acceptance-time, battery, size, weight and value restrictions apply. Where this service is unsuitable, we will quote an appropriate alternative carrier.
