This is a focused bench check, not a strip-down, repair, official manufacturer report or certificate of airworthiness.

The certificate records the checks completed and findings at the time. It is not an official DJI report or a regulatory certificate of airworthiness.
If DJI's own maintenance programme is the stronger route, keep one LDR contact while we coordinate the manufacturer case.
Manufacturer work is completed by DJI or its designated service centre. Availability, scope and price depend on DJI's assessment.
£49 and £99 are base prices per aircraft. Parts, repair labour, delivery and manufacturer charges are separate. No additional work starts without your approval.
Prepare for service
We will confirm whether the controller, batteries, charger or payload should travel with the aircraft. Remove storage media and any data not required for the job.
Return delivery
We confirm the final carrier route before payment. Do not post a damaged, swollen, recalled or overheating battery.

Eligible UK parcels are returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Select the final packed weight and the compensation cover required. We confirm eligibility and the final charge before payment.

Battery safety
Swollen, punctured, overheating, recalled or otherwise damaged batteries cannot travel through Royal Mail. Stop and contact the workshop before sending anything. Battery quantity, packaging and testing rules also apply.
DJI Matrice 4TD service questions
The physical LDR Basic Bench Check is £49 per aircraft. The LDR Service & Certificate is £99 per aircraft. Initial repair-enquiry triage is free; parts, repairs, delivery and manufacturer charges are separate and require approval.
Our current support position is assessment only. We confirm tooling, parts and the viable route before chargeable work starts, and we do not claim manufacturer-authorised status.
Record the exact warning, remove propellers before a visual inspection and do not power or charge a damaged, wet, swollen or unusually hot battery. The checks below are deliberately non-invasive.
