Try the safe steps first

Useful checks before a workshop visit.

These steps are deliberately limited to safe owner-level checks. Stop if the aircraft has impact damage, water ingress, a hot battery or anything that could affect safe flight.

01

Safe troubleshooting

  • Decontaminate the aircraft in line with the operator's chemical-safety process.
  • Record the exact warning, task type and aircraft operating hours.
  • Do not transport damaged high-capacity batteries without prior agreement.
02

First-time setup

  • Confirm the aircraft is configured for the installed application system.
  • Check nozzles, pumps, spreader or lift attachments while unpowered.
  • Confirm RTK, controller and aircraft firmware compatibility.
  • Perform calibration and flow checks only in an approved operating area.
03

Basic user service

  • Power the aircraft off, remove the battery and take off the propellers.
  • Inspect props, arms, shell, landing gear and the gimbal area in good light.
  • Use only a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth. Avoid liquids, solvents and compressed air.
  • Turn each motor gently by hand. Stop if one feels gritty, tight or different from the others.
  • Check batteries for swelling, splits, impact marks, heat or unusual odour. Do not charge a suspect battery.
  • Do not open a sealed aircraft, defeat safety checks or attempt calibration after structural damage.

Clear service choices

Choose the right service for your DJI Agras T100.

Choose a focused LDR bench check or a recorded service with certificate. Any repair, parts or delivery cost is explained and approved first.

Focused workshop check

LDR Basic Bench Check

£49base price / per aircraft

A practical health check for a drone that needs a second opinion, a pre-season check or a clearer repair decision.

  • External condition and safety inspection
  • Basic power, controller-link and propulsion checks
  • Camera, gimbal and fitted-system observations
  • Plain-English findings and next-step recommendation
Book the £49 bench check

This is a focused bench check, not a strip-down, repair, official manufacturer report or certificate of airworthiness.

Recorded inspection

LDR Service & Certificate

£99base price / per aircraft

A fuller recorded inspection for owners, operators, used-aircraft purchases and fleet service files.

  • Asset and serial-referenced intake
  • Structured multi-point inspection
  • Condition result with practical advisories
  • Customer-safe PDF service certificate
Book service & certificate

The certificate records the checks completed and findings at the time. It is not an official DJI report or a regulatory certificate of airworthiness.

£49 and £99 are base prices per aircraft. Parts, repair labour, delivery and manufacturer charges are separate. No additional work starts without your approval.

Prepare for service

Help us give you a useful answer quickly.

  • Contact the workshop before arranging transport.

  • Confirm the aircraft has been cleaned and safely decontaminated.
  • Describe the fitted spray, spread or lift equipment.
Only send what the fault needs

We will confirm whether the controller, batteries, charger or payload should travel with the aircraft. Remove storage media and any data not required for the job.

Battery safety

Do not post a damaged battery

Swollen, punctured, overheating, recalled or otherwise damaged batteries cannot travel through Royal Mail. Stop and contact the workshop before sending anything. Battery quantity, packaging and testing rules also apply.

Royal Mail compensation is subject to its terms and may be limited by current market value, age and condition. Postcode, acceptance-time, battery, size, weight and value restrictions apply. Where this service is unsuitable, we will quote an appropriate alternative carrier.

DJI Agras T100 service questions

What customers usually need to know.

How much is a DJI Agras T100 service?

The physical LDR Basic Bench Check is £49 per aircraft. The LDR Service & Certificate is £99 per aircraft. Initial repair-enquiry triage is free; parts, repairs, delivery and manufacturer charges are separate and require approval.

Can Lincolnshire Drone Repairs diagnose a DJI Agras T100?

Our current support position is diagnosis accepted. We confirm tooling, parts and the viable route before chargeable work starts, and we do not claim manufacturer-authorised status.

What can I safely try before sending a DJI Agras T100 for repair?

Record the exact warning, remove propellers before a visual inspection and do not power or charge a damaged, wet, swollen or unusually hot battery. The checks below are deliberately non-invasive.

How should I send a DJI Agras T100 to the workshop?

Eligible UK parcels can use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Packed weight, compensation, battery condition, value, size and postcode restrictions determine the final route.
