Reported symptoms

Parrot ANAFI UKR problems we can investigate.

  • Airframe, arm, landing-gear or propulsion symptoms
  • Visible, zoom, thermal or mapping-payload behaviour
  • Battery, charging-station or power-system concerns
  • Controller, data-link, Dock or communications symptoms

Try the safe steps first

Useful checks before a workshop visit.

These steps are deliberately limited to safe owner-level checks. Stop if the aircraft has impact damage, water ingress, a hot battery or anything that could affect safe flight.

01

Safe troubleshooting

  • Record the exact Pilot 2 or system warning without sharing mission data.
  • Keep aircraft, controller, payload and battery serials tied to one case.
  • Contact us before transporting a suspect enterprise battery.
02

First-time setup

  • Confirm aircraft, controller, payload and base-station firmware compatibility.
  • Apply the operator's asset identity before operational deployment.
  • Check RTK, payload and communications configuration in a controlled location.
  • Complete the manufacturer's pre-flight and redundancy checks.
03

Basic user service

  • Power the aircraft off, remove the battery and take off the propellers.
  • Inspect props, arms, shell, landing gear and the gimbal area in good light.
  • Use only a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth. Avoid liquids, solvents and compressed air.
  • Turn each motor gently by hand. Stop if one feels gritty, tight or different from the others.
  • Check batteries for swelling, splits, impact marks, heat or unusual odour. Do not charge a suspect battery.
  • Do not open a sealed aircraft, defeat safety checks or attempt calibration after structural damage.

Controlled route protected

Agree the handling boundary before intake.

Contact the team with only the non-sensitive platform identity and general requirement. Ownership, data, transport and reporting limits are agreed before equipment or information moves.

Do not submit classified, OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE, mission, location, credential or operational information through the public website.

Call team

Prepare for service

  • Identify every battery and accessory included with the aircraft.
  • Arrange battery and high-value carriage with the workshop before dispatch.
Only send what the fault needs

We will confirm whether the controller, batteries, charger or payload should travel with the aircraft. Remove storage media and any data not required for the job.

Battery safety

Do not post a damaged battery

Swollen, punctured, overheating, recalled or otherwise damaged batteries cannot travel through Royal Mail. Stop and contact the workshop before sending anything. Battery quantity, packaging and testing rules also apply.

Royal Mail compensation is subject to its terms and may be limited by current market value, age and condition. Postcode, acceptance-time, battery, size, weight and value restrictions apply. Where this service is unsuitable, we will quote an appropriate alternative carrier.

Parrot ANAFI UKR service questions

What customers usually need to know.

How much is a Parrot ANAFI UKR service?

This system uses a controlled contact-first assessment. Scope, handling, carriage and price are agreed only after the non-sensitive requirement and customer authority are reviewed.

Can Lincolnshire Drone Repairs diagnose a Parrot ANAFI UKR?

Our current support position is assessment only. We confirm tooling, parts and the viable route before chargeable work starts, and we do not claim manufacturer-authorised status.

What can I safely try before sending a Parrot ANAFI UKR for repair?

Record the exact warning, remove propellers before a visual inspection and do not power or charge a damaged, wet, swollen or unusually hot battery. The checks below are deliberately non-invasive.

How should I send a Parrot ANAFI UKR to the workshop?

Contact the team before transport and share only the non-sensitive platform identity and general requirement. Handling, data, insured carriage and battery conditions are agreed before anything moves.
