Safe troubleshooting
- Ground the aircraft after a transition anomaly or hard landing.
- Record the exact QBase warning and affected flight phase.
- Do not attempt autopilot, servo or transition calibration as an owner repair.
Survey and mapping aircraft
Contact-first assessment for Trinity Pro VTOL aircraft, including airframe, lift motors, transition, batteries, QBase, telemetry and payload symptoms.
Contact the team before transport. This high-value aircraft needs an insured, battery-safe intake plan; the £99 service is the initial documented assessment.

Reported symptoms
LDR does not promise autopilot calibration or survey-accuracy certification. Proprietary work and validation flights require a separately approved route.
Try the safe steps first
These steps are deliberately limited to safe owner-level checks. Stop if the aircraft has impact damage, water ingress, a hot battery or anything that could affect safe flight.
Clear service choices
Choose a focused LDR bench check or a recorded service with certificate. Any repair, parts or delivery cost is explained and approved first.
A practical health check for a drone that needs a second opinion, a pre-season check or a clearer repair decision.
This is a focused bench check, not a strip-down, repair, official manufacturer report or certificate of airworthiness.
A fuller recorded inspection for owners, operators, used-aircraft purchases and fleet service files.
The certificate records the checks completed and findings at the time. It is not an official DJI report or a regulatory certificate of airworthiness.
£49 and £99 are base prices per aircraft. Parts, repair labour, delivery and manufacturer charges are separate. No additional work starts without your approval.
Prepare for service
We will confirm whether the controller, batteries, charger or payload should travel with the aircraft. Remove storage media and any data not required for the job.
Return delivery
We confirm the final carrier route before payment. Do not post a damaged, swollen, recalled or overheating battery.
Contact the team with the packed dimensions, aircraft value, battery condition and postcode. We will confirm insured collection or a suitable specialist carrier.

The physical LDR Basic Bench Check is £49 per aircraft. The LDR Service & Certificate is £99 per aircraft. Initial repair-enquiry triage is free; parts, repairs, delivery and manufacturer charges are separate and require approval.
Our current support position is assessment only. We confirm tooling, parts and the viable route before chargeable work starts, and we do not claim manufacturer-authorised status.
Record the exact warning, remove propellers before a visual inspection and do not power or charge a damaged, wet, swollen or unusually hot battery. The checks below are deliberately non-invasive.
Contact the team before transport. High-value survey aircraft and their batteries need a model-specific insured collection and battery-safe carriage plan.
