Parrot ANAFI repair / service / fleet recovery

Keep more of the ANAFI fleet working.

From one damaged payload to a batch of broken airframes, we assess the usable parts, rebuild viable aircraft and document what returned to service.

Fleet Frankenstein / donor-aircraft recovery

Several broken drones. A chance to recover more viable aircraft.

When an organisation holds damaged airframes, payloads and controllers, replacing everything is not always the smartest route. We assess serviceable donor parts, compatible revisions and whether they can safely recover the strongest viable aircraft.

For high-value fleets, this can protect availability and avoid unnecessary replacement spend. Each rebuilt aircraft is recorded and inspected; parts are not mixed blindly, and nothing returns to use merely because it powers on.

  • Batch triage and donor inventory
  • Compatibility and condition checks
  • Controlled rebuild and functional testing
  • Asset record, advisories and BER decisions
Assess recovery options

Donor-part work can affect manufacturer warranty, care-plan or official-service eligibility. We check that route first and obtain approval before disassembly.
