B2B / government / NGO / council / specialist UAS

Fleet repair without losing sight of the fleet.

Your outsourced drone support desk: one maintenance plan and one point of contact for faults, scheduled checks, service records, manufacturer routes, logistics and pilot-readiness coordination.

Support sized to the operation

Fleet management without another full-time desk.

LDR handles the maintenance workflow around the operator. Flight operations, legal responsibility and return-to-flight decisions remain with the customer.

B2B

Commercial operators

Planned servicing, repair intake, asset history and quotes around customer commitments.

GOV

Public bodies & councils

Structured records, clear approvals, staggered availability and controlled customer reporting.

NGO

Humanitarian & non-profit fleets

Repair-or-recover decisions that protect limited budgets and keep field equipment useful.

OPS

Distributed teams

Nationwide intake, one case owner and support across different pilots, sites and aircraft types.

Built around assets, not inbox threads

A record for every aircraft.

  • Serialised multi-aircraft intake
  • Planned £99 service inspections and certificates
  • Repair, manufacturer route or BER recommendations
  • Controller, payload and battery recording
  • Staggered servicing around aircraft availability
  • Controlled donor-aircraft recovery
  • Independent pilot-training coordination
  • Desktop-to-portal controlled publishing
Parrot ANAFI USA opened for documented internal inspection on the LDR bench

First-hand workshop evidence

Specialist aircraft are handled as assets.

This is an actual ANAFI USA inspection at LDR. Fleet work adds a serialised record, agreed reporting boundary and staggered scheduling around the same hands-on bench process—without putting mission data in the public portal.

Manufacturer maintenance, coordinated

Keep the case moving when the official route is right.

Some eligible DJI Enterprise aircraft can use DJI's Basic, Standard or Premium Maintenance Service. We check the model and condition before opening it, explain the available route and, once approved, manage the application, dispatch, progress, additional quotations and return.

DJI or its designated service centre performs the manufacturer work and supplies the official maintenance report. Lincolnshire Drone Repairs remains your coordination point and does not claim DJI-authorised service-centre status.

Skydio systems use a different boundary. Skydio states that maintenance and repairs require Skydio-authorised technicians or written approval. LDR can capture the fault, organise the asset record and coordinate Care where eligible, warranty and manufacturer support. LDR will not perform Skydio repair, maintenance or disassembly without the required authority.

Controlled donor-aircraft recovery

Treat damaged aircraft as a fleet pool.

Several damaged drones can still contain significant usable value. Where the customer owns compatible platforms, LDR can inventory the batch, identify suitable donor components and quote the strongest route to recover the best viable aircraft.

Parts transfers are customer-approved and recorded. Suspect batteries, incompatible modules and unverified safety-critical structural parts are excluded, and the receiving aircraft keeps its own asset identity.

Repair the fleet. Ready the pilots.

Training coordinated when the operation needs it.

Where pilot training, refreshers or model familiarisation are needed, LDR can coordinate an introduction to an independent local provider and align the timing with aircraft return or fleet mobilisation.

Training, assessment, qualifications, price and contractual responsibility sit directly with the independent provider. LDR does not claim to deliver or certify the training and will disclose any material referral relationship.

Data boundary

The customer portal is deliberately not the workshop database.

The service system can publish an explicitly customer-facing status, outcome, advisories and certificate. Internal notes, credentials, raw operational logs and sensitive mission information have no field in that exchange.

Defence or OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE work should not use the public portal by default. Those cases need a separately agreed intake, handling and reporting route.

Before sending enterprise data

Remove removable media and provide only the diagnostic information agreed with the workshop. Never upload operational footage or mission data through the consumer repair form.
