Simple from the first click

Four steps from fault to decision.

Turnaround depends on the fault, parts, approvals and any manufacturer route. We acknowledge the case quickly and keep you updated rather than inventing a delivery promise.

  1. 01

    Create the case

Tell us the model, fault and whether a battery is involved.

  2. 02

    Choose post or drop-off

We confirm the safe tracked route or arrange a workshop appointment at Unit 8 in Lincoln.

  3. 03

    Get it to the workshop

Use the agreed insured service, or bring it at the confirmed appointment time with the case reference.

  4. 04

    Approve the decision

Receive the findings and quote. No chargeable repair starts without approval.

Battery safety

Do not post a damaged battery

Swollen, punctured, overheating, recalled or otherwise damaged batteries cannot travel through Royal Mail. Stop and contact the workshop before sending anything. Battery quantity, packaging and testing rules also apply.

Royal Mail compensation is subject to its terms and may be limited by current market value, age and condition. Postcode, acceptance-time, battery, size, weight and value restrictions apply. Where this service is unsuitable, we will quote an appropriate alternative carrier.

Royal Mail service details

Never post a swollen, punctured, wet, recalled, unusually hot or otherwise damaged lithium battery. Create the aircraft case first and wait for the confirmed route.
