UK-wide postal intake / Lincoln drop-off by appointment
Post it nationwide or drop it off in Lincoln.
Book from anywhere in the UK. We confirm the safe tracked route or your Unit 8 appointment, inspect the aircraft, keep the case visible online and ask before any chargeable repair begins.

Simple from the first click
Four steps from fault to decision.
Turnaround depends on the fault, parts, approvals and any manufacturer route. We acknowledge the case quickly and keep you updated rather than inventing a delivery promise.

Swollen, punctured, overheating, recalled or otherwise damaged batteries cannot travel through Royal Mail. Stop and contact the workshop before sending anything. Battery quantity, packaging and testing rules also apply.
Never post a swollen, punctured, wet, recalled, unusually hot or otherwise damaged lithium battery. Create the aircraft case first and wait for the confirmed route.
