The right UK support route for a grounded Skydio fleet
Manage the fault and the fleet while keeping every repair or maintenance action inside the authorised route.

Skydio has a clear authorised-maintenance boundary. LDR helps UK operators organise the evidence, service route and wider fleet impact around it.
Capture the fault without opening the aircraft
Start with the exact model, asset identity, visible condition and complete warning. Keep mission data and credentials out of the public form, especially for defence or public-safety systems.
Check Care, warranty and manufacturer options
Care Enterprise is model-specific and currently covers Skydio 2+, X2E and X10, subject to Skydio's terms and decision. LDR can coordinate the applicable Care, warranty or support case, dispatch, updates, quotations and return as part of the fleet workflow.
Respect the authorised repair boundary
Skydio states that maintenance and repairs must be performed by Skydio-authorised technicians or field teams unless approved in writing. LDR does not claim that status and will not perform Skydio repair, maintenance or disassembly without the required authority.
Plan around operational availability
Asset records, maintenance dates, support cases, replacements and staggered downtime can be managed together so the operator sees the fleet impact rather than a collection of isolated tickets.
