Several broken drones may recover more viable aircraft
A controlled way to recover usable aircraft from a customer-owned pool of damaged platforms.

The informal name is frankensteining. The workshop method is a recorded donor-aircraft recovery process with compatibility and condition checks.
Start with the whole batch
A damaged airframe, payload or controller may be uneconomical on its own while still containing useful compatible components. Batch intake lets the workshop compare the whole customer-owned pool before deciding which aircraft are the strongest recovery candidates.
Compatibility comes before convenience
Part number, revision, condition, provenance and receiving-aircraft identity matter. Suspect batteries, incompatible modules and unverified safety-critical structural parts are excluded rather than used because they happen to fit.
Record every approved transfer
The customer approves the proposed route and each receiving aircraft retains its own asset identity. The outcome records what was inspected, transferred, rebuilt, advised or declared beyond economical repair.
Protect the official support route
Third-party disassembly or donor parts can affect warranty, care-plan and manufacturer-service eligibility. We check that value before opening equipment and explain the trade-off before work begins.
