Post or Lincoln drop-off / 31 July 2026
How nationwide drone repairs by post work
Start online, agree the safe route and keep control of the repair decision.

You do not need to live near Lincoln to use the workshop. The postal process starts before the aircraft goes in a box.
Create the case before packing
Tell us the exact aircraft, the main fault, its approximate value and whether any batteries are involved. That lets the team confirm the right tracked and insured route before anything moves.
Battery safety changes the route
A normal undamaged battery may still be subject to carrier limits. A swollen, punctured, wet, recalled, unusually hot or impact-damaged lithium battery must not be posted. The aircraft can often be assessed without the unsafe pack.
Fast intake, honest timing
The workshop acknowledges and triages the case quickly. Final turnaround depends on the fault, parts, approvals and any manufacturer route, so we provide updates instead of promising a date before the aircraft has been inspected.
Approve before repair
The diagnosis and quote come before chargeable repair work. You can approve the recommended route or arrange return using the published or confirmed delivery option.
