When the right maintenance route leads back to DJI

Keep one LDR contact while the manufacturer case, updates and return are coordinated.

Bold comic enterprise maintenance planner and component inspection record

Some eligible DJI Enterprise aircraft are better served through the manufacturer’s maintenance programme. LDR can manage that route without blurring who performs the work.

Where LDR fits into the process

We check the aircraft model, condition and likely programme eligibility before explaining the available route. With approval, LDR coordinates the application, dispatch, progress updates, additional quotations and return so the operator has one practical point of contact.

Basic, Standard and Premium

DJI describes its maintenance programme in Basic, Standard and Premium levels. Scope rises from inspection, deep cleaning, firmware or calibration work towards replacement of easily worn or core components. DJI determines eligibility, exact scope, regional availability and final price.

A fleet-friendly handover

Asset-linked intake, planned dates and staggered workshop slots help operators avoid sending every aircraft at once. LDR can keep independent inspections, repair decisions and eligible manufacturer routes visible within the same service conversation.

Clear independence and approval

Manufacturer work is completed by DJI or its designated service centre, which also issues the official maintenance report. Lincolnshire Drone Repairs is an independent repair and fleet-support provider and does not claim to be a DJI-authorised service centre, dealer or representative. Manufacturer charges, repairs and delivery are approved separately.
