Shipping Information

For Parts and Item Sales:

We offer free shipping to UK mainland for all orders. If you’re in a rush and need your items sooner, we also provide express shipping options at an additional cost. Just choose the option that works best for you during checkout.

For Drone Repairs:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and location of your repair. This ensures you get the most accurate and fair price for shipping your drone or parts.

For Parts and Item Sales:

For drone repairs

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm, allowing safe shipment of batteries together with the main device. We provide a detailed shipping cost as part of your free diagnosis and repair quote. This ensures you have full transparency on the total cost before proceeding with any repairs.

For Parts and Item Sales:

If you’re purchasing parts or items from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are set by your local government and are typically the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any fees that may apply. For Drone Repairs:

We currently do not offer international shipping for drone repairs. However, if you’re outside the UK and need assistance, we encourage you to contact us. We may be able to help you remotely with advice or guidance on how to fix the issue yourself.

Yes, we do! We ship internationally so you can get the parts you need no matter where you are. However, international shipping costs vary, and please be aware that your package may be subject to customs or import duties, which are your responsibility. While our primary focus is on UK-based repairs, we may be able to assist international customers on a case-by-case basis. If you’re outside the UK and need our help, just reach out, and we’ll see what we can do.

Returns & Refunds

For Parts and Item Sales:

You can return it within 30 days of receiving your item. Just make sure it’s in unused condition and still in its original packaging. Contact us, and we’ll guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary. Keep in mind, return shipping fees are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

For Drone Repairs:

If you’re not happy with the repair service, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. As repairs are more case-specific, we ask that you provide details of the issue, and we’ll arrange for the return or further work if needed.

For Parts and Item Sales:

Yes, we accept international returns, but please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and customs fees may apply when sending your item back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot cover customs fees or import duties for returns unless the item is faulty.

For Drone Repairs:
